The prices of all our articles are inclusive of VAT.
Only professional retailers are allowed to view prices exclusive of VAT, after activating their account number.
The prices shown do not include Post & Packing costs, which are calculated automatically depending on the weight of the articles and the postage rates. Orders for single vinyls are subject to a commission fee of 1.20 euros in addition to the cost of P&P.
When you validate your order, you agree to accept the conditions of the order as well as the Genaral Sales Conditions.
Orders, for which payment has not been received within 15 days of the order date, will be cancelled.
The records are packed in double-layer cardboard packaging, with reinforced corners, specially designed for sending vinyl records.
All parcels are sent by post for personal delivery. All damaged or lost articles will be replaced (please refuse delivery of damaged articles giving the reason "damaged by the post"). No replacement of orders will be made if parcels with damaged or lost articles have been accepted for delivery.
Should the person to whom the parcel was sent not be at home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be kept at the nearest Post Office for two weeks, after which it will be sent back to us.
The LXREcords company cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the postal services.
In case of exceptional delays, you will be notified by telephone or email.
All products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on our internet site, but in the limit of available stocks. We will let you know by telephone or email, if an ordered article is no longer available.
The re-imbursement of any unavailable articles will be done within 30 days of the receipt of the payment by the client.
LXRecords Production guarantees not to disclose to third parties any information received from the client and considers this as confidential. In accordance with the Czech law of data processing and liberty you are guaranteed rights of access, modification and opposition to your personal data. If you wish to modify or delete your personal information, you can do so via our website or contact us by email: info(at)lxrecords.com
According to Czech law, you can cancel your order within 7 days of the date of your order and thus you may send back the articles you have received within these 7 days, on the condition that they are in perfect order. In all cases, the cost of returning the articles will be paid by the client. All paid articles thus returned will either be re-imbursed or their value can serve as credit in a new order.

The present contract is subject to Czech law. In case of litigation, only Czech law courts are considered to be competent. |
